Five chapters, two live classes each, on FortiOS 7.6, covering all 18 tasks of the Fortinet NSE 4 - FortiOS 7.6 Administrator exam, then past the exam into dynamic routing, VDOMs and day-2 operations. Every lab ends with a Break it, fix it drill.

Practise the class labs on Ping My Lab’s hosted topology, in your browser. Batch 01 includes 20 hours of lab time, so you need no home lab and no 32 GB PC.
EVE-NG, GNS3 or VMware Workstation
The Lab Setup Guide builds the same topology on your own PC. Fortinet’s free FortiGate-VM trial is small: three interfaces, three firewall policies and three routes, low encryption only and no FortiGuard. So some steps can’t run on it; each lab marks them and gives a trial path.
Taught as a walkthrough: FortiSASE and FortiGate in the public cloud (Lab 17), which need a FortiSASE subscription and a public cloud account.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need prior Fortinet experience?
No. CCNA-level networking is enough (IP addressing, routing basics, VLANs), and the course starts from the fundamentals of FortiOS. No CCNA? Our CCNA 2.0 course on pingmylab.in is free.
Do I need my own FortiGate or a licence?
No. Batch 01 includes 20 hours on Ping My Lab’s hosted topology, in your browser. If you also want your own lab, the Lab Setup Guide builds it on Fortinet’s free FortiGate-VM trial; that part is optional.
Can I use my own EVE-NG, GNS3 or VMware?
Yes. The Lab Setup Guide covers all three, with EVE-NG as the reference platform. Download the FortiGate-VM and FortiAnalyzer-VM images from Fortinet with your own FortiCloud account, and never use images from any other source. The trial allows one FortiGate-VM per FortiCloud account, so labs with several FortiGates need extra licences or follow the live session.
Which exam does Batch 01 prepare me for?
Fortinet NSE 4 - FortiOS 7.6 Administrator. The kit covers all 18 tasks of its five domains, and Exam Prep maps every task to the labs, with a 55-question original practice test. Since 15 July 2026, NSE 4 needs this one proctored exam and no prerequisite, and the certification is active for two years.
Fortinet lists a FortiOS 8.0 edition of the exam as coming soon. Before you book, check which versions Fortinet still delivers. (Exam facts checked 16 Oct 2026.)
Is the exam voucher included? Can I take the exam from home?
The voucher is not included: you pay Fortinet when you book at Pearson VUE. Fortinet’s fee notice lists USD 200 for NSE 4 exams booked by 1 November 2026 and USD 210 from 2 November 2026, plus tax. You can take NSE 4 at a Pearson VUE test centre or online with OnVUE.
What if I miss a class?
Watch the recording on My courses, read that session’s notes, paste the previous lab’s end-state config from the lab files, and you are ready for the next class. Bring your questions to the next session or the batch group.
What laptop or PC do I need?
Any Windows or macOS laptop with a modern browser and a stable internet connection. The lab is hosted, so you do not need 32 GB of RAM or a home lab.
Which version of FortiOS is covered?
FortiOS 7.6, the version of the current NSE 4 exam, Fortinet NSE 4 - FortiOS 7.6 Administrator. Where FortiOS 7.6 changed earlier behaviour, the labs say so.
Which language are the classes in?
Hinglish: Hindi explanations, with every command, menu and term in English. Lab guides and notes are in English.
How do I pay, and is it safe?

Can I get a refund?
