Shipping and Delivery Policy

In short
- Everything we sell here is delivered online. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
- You get access right after a successful payment: on My courses, and by email.
- Live classes run on Google Meet. Recordings and course materials are on My courses.
01What you buy
A seat in a live online batch: live classes on Google Meet, plus the recordings, course materials and hosted lab time described on the batch page. We don’t sell or ship any physical goods.
02When you get access
Right after a successful payment:
- the checkout page takes you to My courses, where your batch appears; and
- we email a sign-in link to the address you gave at checkout, so you can open My courses on any device.
03How each part is delivered
- Live classes: on Google Meet, at the scheduled times in India Standard Time (IST). The link to join is on My courses.
- Recordings: added to My courses after each class.
- Course kit and materials: on My courses, as Google Drive links. For Palo Alto Batch 01, the course kit is there before class 1.
- Hosted lab time: in your browser, in 1-hour slots you book yourself. Palo Alto Batch 01 includes 20 hours on Ping My Lab’s PNETLab Student Lab.
- Batch group: a private WhatsApp group for class links, quick help and notes.
04How long access lasts
As stated on each batch page. For Palo Alto Batch 01, the recordings and the course kit stay on My courses for one year from the first class, Tue 27 Oct 2026.
05Where we deliver
Classes are online, so you can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection. All class times are in IST.
06Didn’t get access?
- Look for the sign-in email in your inbox, and in Promotions or Spam.
- Ask for a new link on My courses with the email address you used at checkout.
