Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to learn.pingmylab.in (the “Site”) and to the live batches you buy on it, including the live classes, recordings, course materials and hosted lab time that come with them (together, the “Services”). The Site is run by Ping My Lab (“Ping My Lab”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Site or buying a batch, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you disagree with any part of the Agreement, please do not use the Site.

01Who can use the Site

If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old, or, if you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Site and buy a batch. If you are under 13, or under 16 depending on your country of residence, you may not use the Site or register for any batch.

The details you give us (your name, email address and WhatsApp number) must be true and complete. If they change, tell us at radha@pingmylab.in.

02What you buy

A live batch is a seat in a scheduled series of live online classes, taught on Google Meet at the times shown on the batch page, in India Standard Time (IST). Depending on the batch, it also includes class recordings, a course kit, hosted lab time and a batch WhatsApp group, as described on its batch page.

Recordings and materials stay available for the period stated on the batch page. For Palo Alto Batch 01, that is one year from the first class, Tue 27 Oct 2026.

If we cancel a batch, or move its start date and the new schedule doesn’t work for you, you will receive a full refund.

03Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown on each batch page. The amount you pay is the amount shown in the Razorpay payment window, which our server sets when you start checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, so please read Razorpay’s terms and policies as well. Your payments may be subject to applicable taxes.

We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.

Once you buy a batch, there is no cancellation or refund except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

04Your access and licence

You open My courses through a private sign-in link sent to your email. Keep it, and your class links, to yourself.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to attend the classes and to use the recordings and materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Where the Site lets you download a file, you may keep one copy for that purpose. You may not:

1. share your sign-in link, class links or lab access with anyone else;
2. record, copy, modify or edit the classes, recordings or materials, or create derivative works from them;
3. publicly display, distribute or sell them, or use them for any commercial purpose;
4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notices;
5. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Site; or
6. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server.

This licence ends automatically if you break these restrictions, and we may end it at any time. When it ends, you must destroy any downloaded materials, in electronic or printed form. Access suspended for a breach is not refunded.

05Classes, groups and conduct

Live classes run on Google Meet and the batch group runs on WhatsApp. Joining the group is your choice. Classes are recorded, and the recordings are shared with your batch on My courses; anything you say, write in the chat or show on screen during a class may appear in the recording.

In classes, in the group, on the Site and in the hosted lab, you agree not to:

• use the Services for anything unlawful, including promoting hacking, cracking or the distribution of counterfeit software or compromised accounts;
• post content that is harmful, hateful, defamatory, violent or graphic;
• harass or bully anyone, including by revealing someone else’s personal information;
• spam, post links to malware, or run scams;
• impersonate another person or organisation; or
• disrupt, overload, attack or try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the hosted lab or any connected system, or introduce viruses or other malicious code.

You are responsible for what you post. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display it. If someone breaks these rules, we may remove their content and suspend or end their access without notice.

06Intellectual property

We own the classes, recordings, course materials, lab designs and the Site, including their text, graphics, audio, video, layout, logos and trademarks, or we are licensed to use them. They are protected by intellectual property laws. Using the Services does not give you any ownership of them, and any unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, distribution, display or performance is prohibited.

07Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or comments about the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to use them in any form. You don’t acquire any rights in the Services if we use your feedback.

08Third-party services

We deliver the Services with third-party tools: Razorpay for payments; Google Workspace, including Gmail for email, Google Meet for live classes and Google Drive for recordings and materials; WhatsApp for the batch group; and a hosted lab platform for lab time. Your use of these tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We have not reviewed every site linked from the Site and are not responsible for their content. A link does not mean we endorse a site.

09No guarantees

We do not promise a job, a placement or an exam pass. The practice, the interviews and the exams are yours.

The Site and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site or the Services will meet your requirements, work without interruption, be error-free or be free of viruses or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you; where that is the case, they apply to the greatest extent the law allows.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, the Services or any materials, even if we were told such damage was possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ping My Lab and, where applicable, its officers, agents and employees against any claim, demand, action or penalty, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of the Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13Changes and general terms

We may change the Site, our policies and these Terms at any time, and we will post the new version with its date at the top of this page. The version in force when you use the Site applies, unless a change is required by law. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in effect. If we don’t act on a breach, we may still act on it or on later breaches. You may not assign or transfer the Agreement. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control; this does not affect your statutory rights.
